Very low: One CT scan has a very low risk of causing cancer. Also, ionizing radiation would likely cause cancer many YEARS in the future not in less than one year. Some info from ACS: http://www.cancer.org/cancer/cancercauses/radiationexposureandcancer/index

None!: You can relax, quit worrying too much. CT scans can not cause Cancer in anyone in a year later. Only excessive use of Radiation over a life time( CT scans >10-20 times) could possibly have some slight risk of causing cancer, even that is hard to prove. Let your doctor guide you further in case you are worried.

Minimal: While radiation is a predisposing factor in cancer development, it usually takes many years, even decades. The odds of having cancer a year later for radiation due to CT is not likely to be measurably higher than the normal risk.
