A member asked:

Is it true that blood type o have higher risks to get the flu or infections than blood type a resus-?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Blood type/infection: A higher proportion of blood group B were found to have serological evidence of infection with influenza despite prior residual antibody among the volunteers. There was no difference in different blood groups to seroconvert after two doses of live attenuated influenza A vaccine, but a significantly higher proportion of bloodType A persons converted with the first vaccine dose.
