Consult your surgeon: There are many factors you haven't shared such as your level of fitness before the surgery and your activity level since your most recent procedure. Your level of physical fitness is equally important in considering your return to sport. The simple answer is to consult your surgeon before engaging in any vigorous exercise regimen or sports competition.

Be seen: You need to see your surgeon for clearance for strenuous activity after surgery. The fact that you had two surgeries in relatively short order can impair your healing, so you need to see your regular doctor or surgeon for an exam first. At your age, you probably can, but you need to be evaluated first.
