No: Symptoms lead to anxiety with panic attack has to be medically cleared to make sure no heart attack.

Sounds panic attack.: Recommend you to see a cardiologist if not seen already.. They can risk stratify you, if your risk is low , it might be a panic attack. You can get treated for panic attacks and see if symptoms improve.
