Depends: first confirm your readings are accurate. home blood pressure cuffs can vary in accuracy. i always ask my pts to bring their monitors in to confirm that the info is reliable. also if you are asymptomatic and not light headed or dizzy with this reading and its abnormally low for you it would further make me wonder if its time for new monitor .

Hypotension: For some people, this is a normal blood pressure. For others, they may feel light-headed, dizzy, weak, short of breath, or even have chest pain. If you have these symptoms, best to drink at least 2 x 8 ounce glasses of water and eat a full meal, then check your BP again. If it is still low and you have symptoms listed above, I recommend seeing a health professional. Hope that helps!
