Ear: most likely---middle ear effusion----fluids behind your ear drum----another cause can be --eustachian tube dysfunction----both usually related to a viral upper respiratory infection or to allergies---have your doctor check it out

Likely fluid in ear: It would be prudent to consult an ENT specialist to make sure you do not have a treatable lesion in your ear.
