Generally no: but everybody is different. It depends how far along you were when you miscarried. It depends how severe the pain is. Remember any pain is usually a sign that your body is telling you that something is not right. Did you see a doctor before/during/after the miscarriage? That person should know your situation the best and give you more information about your situation.
