Insomnia: Insomnia can occur due to anxiety, depression, stress etc. Try decreasing caffeine (especially sodas, energy drinks), avoid watching TV in bed, avoid napping during the day and try melatonin. If these conservative treatments don't help see your doctor for further evaluation.
