No You Dont: The whole idea of immunizing the children is when they are exposed to the disease in particular like Measles or Whooping cough.that body is prepared with the antibodies acquired through immunisation to ward of that attack So immunized kids when there is a outbreak do not need any vaccines if they already had these vaccines
