See a doctor: This sounds like something which merits rapid assessment by a health care professional. Enlarged spleen, if present, may be due to infectious mononucleosis, but there are other potentially severe conditions which can also do this. Healthcare in UK is excellent. Go see a doctor, and I wish you better soon.
