History and physical: A history and physical is the most important test. You will need an examination to clarify the diagnosis and find out why raynaud's is present. We can see it by itself, in families or associated with a variety of illnesses inclduing connective tissue diseases. These diagnoses will require a variety of tests to look at these diagnoses.

Husband has sudden onset of Raynauds. Fingers turn white and blue. Waiting on rheumatologist test results. He does have thalassemia. Sed rate is elevated at 17. Does that mean its most likely secondary and not primary Raynaud ?
Normal C4, Low C3? Do I have lupus? Dont have other lupus symptoms. Rheumatologist diagnosed me with Raynauds before C tests. But no feedback or call after receiving the blood results. I received a copy. Are there other autoimmune illnesses?
