Husband has sudden onset of raynauds. fingers turn white and blue. waiting on rheumatologist test results. he does have thalassemia. sed rate is elevated at 17. does that mean its most likely secondary and not primary raynaud ?

There is little way to know if it is primary or secondary without more test results. A sed rate of 17 is not very significant. You need to see what the rheumatologist says about all the test results. Whatever the diagnosis is, treatment can be provided. Best of luck to both of you!
