When someone or something barely touches my ribs they get sore, has been that way since i can remember. what would you think that could be?

Superficial nerve: Likely superficial or superficialized nerve endings as an anatomical variant as a possibility. Hyperesthesia will be the term to describe your condition. How about lightly applying cold or hot to same areas?
