If i am not leaking, does that mean i don't have milk?

No: Not necessarily. However, if you do not feel engorged, or if your baby does not seem to be satisfied after breast feeding, consult your pediatrician, or a lactation consultant.

Milk: No , even if you are not leaking you still, may be lactating. Pumping your breast will give you the answer.
