See a doctor: Strongly advise seeing a doctor to verify it is milk or other type of secretion. Could be related to gland infection or pituitary gland disorder.

See Dr for eval: Lactation of breast milk is not normal when you are not pregnant or at least recently had a baby and are breast feeding. A good exam including hormonal testing (including a prolactin level) will start the work up to see why your breasts are producing milk. Best wishes.
