A member asked:

Can pulmonary pressure vary up and down between 25-50 from day to day many times (checked by the same echo machine and specialist)? dr. says strange

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Echo: There are many technical aspects to echo measurements. Pulmonary artery pressure can vary also depending on hemodynamics and physiologic state. In general however , if measured at rest the PAP wouldn't be 25mmHg different. From out here can't judge further not knowing the technician(s) or the lab.
