Echo: There are many technical aspects to echo measurements. Pulmonary artery pressure can vary also depending on hemodynamics and physiologic state. In general however , if measured at rest the PAP wouldn't be 25mmHg different. From out here can't judge further not knowing the technician(s) or the lab.
