Can an echo reclining instead of lying flat affect the measure of pulmonary pressure?

PA pressure: The body position can affect the PA pressure by altering venous return to the right heart. If the venous return is decreased in the individual patient by the reclining position relative to supine then the PA pressure may be somewhat lower than in the supine position. The actual measurement technique is the same.
