Now is OK: After a year, you should be ok to try to become pregnant. However, i would recommend prenatal vitamins now, a a frank discussion with your OB about what caused the stillbirh, whether you should have pre pregnancy tests done, and whether you should see a perinatologist during this pregnancy.
