Eat: It is important to get good nutrition during pregnancy. Try high calorie and nutrient dense smoothies with protein, berries, vegetables, flax, and almond milk. Use frequent snacks of yogurt, kefir, nuts, seeds, fruit through the day. Salads can be another way to get good nutrients without feeling too full after a meal.
