Pregnant lo appetite: Eat small frequent meals, make sure you are getting enough protein and are gaining weight. Consider making your own shake/smoothie with avocado, bananas, chia/ hemp seeds/cooked quinoa for protein. Check thyroid and check for DM. Take prenatal vitatmin. Discuss with ob

Eat small meals.: It can be helpful to eat small amounts of healthy foods frequently, every 2-3 hours, during the day, rather than larger meals. This allows for more easy digestion. Make sure you are drinking enough fluids as well.

Eat: It is important to get good nutrition during pregnancy. Try high calorie and nutrient dense smoothies with protein, berries, vegetables, flax, and almond milk. Use frequent snacks of yogurt, kefir, nuts, seeds, fruit through the day. Salads can be another way to get good nutrients without feeling too full after a meal. Hang in there and just keep snacking. good luck.
