After prolong bed rest, is normal for your head to feel floaty and hard to keep eyes still on things?

Yes, normal: After prolonged bedrest, your vascular system becomes less able to control your blood pressure and it can drop, making you slightly dizzy. The same thing happens to astronauts after prolonged weightlessness. It will recover quickly as you begin to feel better. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
