See a doctor: Chronic appendicitis is extremely rare. If you have been having symptoms for two days, that is not a long enough period to consider chronic. However, if you have had the same symptoms previously then it is possible that you have chronic appendicitis. If you symptoms do not improve or worsen, you should be evaluated by a healthcare provider. Left untreated appendicitis can be life threatening.
