Gastroenteritis: Your symptoms can be related to your menses or could be related to a GI cause. Gastroenteritis can cause similar complaints.

Difficult: These type of complaints warrant a more thorough history and exam as this could be your ovaries, intestine, urinary tract or other things. I would suggest a face to face visit with your doctor for more complete answers. Good luck

Go to your doctor: Get a physical exam by your doctor may have a sonogram &/or abdomen -pelvic CT so you can get a diagnosis.
