Dizzy for 3 days: with a heavy head means its time to have somebody take you to the doctor. Do not try to drive yourself under the circumstances.

I'm afraid I can't: Say what is wrong with you with only that much information. Either way, you sound very sick. If the dizziness is like spinning that's different from feeling like you are off balance. Do you have fever? Either way have someone take you to urgent care or the ER. You need to be examined, and you need help. Please take care, get seen, and feel better soon!
