Hi, my husband is having bloating/full feeling abdominal, with lower stomach pain, inability to pass gas and constipation and nausea. time span started around 23:00 and started vomiting at 5:50. please advise?

If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually right lower abdomen), kidney problem, constipation (crampy), stomach flu, twisted bowel, etc... People with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, usually need a doctor's exam to be sure it is not something serious.
