A member asked:

Can cindamycin and nicotinamide gel be applied during day time and exposed to sun because my doc prescribed to use it during day?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Should be OK: Clindamycin gel (a topical antibiotic) and nicotinamide gel (a vitamin applied topically) should not cause a sun reaction. It is a good question to ask, because some medications can cause sun sensitivity including tar based over-the-counter skin/hair treatments, and retinoids for acne.
