Don't tink so: I don't understand why Acne medication would affect your gums. Please make an appointment with your Dentist for an evaluation. Referral to a Periodontist may be in order. Note that any pain/bleeding/swelling is a red flag your body is waving to say, "HELP!" Listen to your body and call your Dentist.
