Acne meds effects: Any of the meds you list can cause eye irritation if there is any contact with the eyes; so keep them all away from eyelids when applying. Clindamycin may cause headache. Nicatinomide generally is not associated with headache (although related molecule niacin can). If headaches persist with use, contact prescriber concerning this side effect for alternate med.
