Psoriasis and kidney: Kidney disease may be due HTN diabetes seen with psoriasis as well as the inflammation of psoriasis Good glucose, BP and inflammation control help. Urine protein. spot albumin /creatinine ratio , 24 creatinine clearance, serum creatinine, calcium, phosporus, uric acid , bicarb are all methods to monitor kidney function. .f/u w/ nephrologist.
