How many psoriasis patients end up getting psoriatic arthritis? the stats seem to indicate anywhere from 5-15% all the way up to 30%, is it really that high? do most psiriasis patients not develop psa?

Those are the statistics. It is correct to say that most psoriasis patients don’t develop psoriatic arthritis, although some do. And, some patients get psoriatic arthritis without any skin findings. It can be quite perplexing so having a rheumatologist is often crucial for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!
