Black patch on heel: Could be hematoma( collection of under the skin blood) , tar. paint, or melanoma ( cancer)would have it checked out this week by doctor/urgent care.

Black patch: A black 'patch' is never normal . See your podiatrist asap and if you cannot go to an urgent care / emergency room
