Left foot swollen: Go to ER. need to check pulses ,vascular supply, check for autoimmune disease, clots( d-dimer), . It appears serious . Go to ER now

That's a wrap...: It sounds as though your foot has managed to entertain some sort of trauma. All the signs are there. To remove all doubt, a thorough history and evaluation are needed. The sooner the better.
