Don't over-clean: first congrats on the new addition to the family, it seems that you're overcleaning the area with alcohol, which is good to keep your baby clean, but the cord took 2 weeks to fall off, probably from rubbing alcohol against it a lot, that doesn't give time for cells to form a scar and the cord stump to separate, simply let dry off, she will be fine, if she is otherwise healthy, feeding and growing
