Sick infant 10 month: DO NOT GIVE BRANDY or HONEY to a 10 month old.There is botulism in honey and infant's stomach can not kill it, so they can get botulism. Brandy is alcohol and should not be given to infants. Clarinex (desloratadine) an antihistamine, can be given to children of 10 months -dose is 2 ml. Consider elevating head of bed, if possible.He may need antbiotics so seek attention today from urgent care, or doctor.
