During my hot shower, i got extremely lightheaded , vision blurred&felt nauseous like i was going to faint. lasted 20 mins.what could be the cause?

Dehydration.: Usually in young people this is a result of dehydration / recent alcohol use / use of meds and the hot shower. All the blood rushes to your skin due to the blood vessel dilation from the hot water and tries to leave your brain.
