What would cause me to break out in cold sweat, nausea, lightheaded, feel faint when got out bed. no pain or discomfort.

Several poss causes: The differential includes postural orthostasis with tachycardia yndrome (POTS). Also included are the disorders of the vestibular system such as BPPV. There are other causes which may need further investigation. Good luck and well wishes.
