Overslept: You most likely are hypoglycemic after not eating for 3 days! What was the reason for your long nap? Normal body physiology makes you wake up much earlier. While you can provide additional details for us to help you more, pl make sure you dont have additional symptoms after eating and resuming normal activity for which you need medical care. Hope you feel better!

?: Why did you sleep for nearly three days? Do you have fever? Are you eating? You had best be evaluated by your physician or by a clinic tonight to make sure you are all right. You said you do not feel sick, but being cold and jittery are potential signs of illness. good luck!
