Yes and no: Start off with washing with warm soapy water. You can also use triple antibiotic ointments. However, you will also need to be on an oral antibiotic. You need to schedule an appointment with your doctor ASAP. Hope this helps.

Infection: Try warm water applications, pat dry and apply an antibacterial cream or ointment like bacitracin. Avoid tight or dyed clothing or bras. If no improvement or if surrounding redness develops, see your physician for evaluation and treatment.

Piercing: Likely this is related to infection. You can try topical antibiotics but often the piercings have to be removed. All the best.

Be seen today: You must be seen today in a clinic or ER to be treated properly. You could develop a more serious breast infection. Feel better.

Depends: If it is a local problem and breast not becoming red / tender / hot, then remove piercing, wash with soap and water and apply antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) a couple times daily for 2-3 days. May need a small gauze pad over nipple to keep antibiotic in vicinity and off your clothes. If not improving in couple days, see your Dr.

See a dermatologist.: May be infection. May be allergy to metal or to antibiotic. Among the most common causes of this is allergy to bacitracin, neomycin, or triple antibiotic. Remove the hardware, wash, leave open. Avoid peroxide, avoid antibiotics.
