Yes and no: Start off with washing with warm soapy water. You can also use triple antibiotic ointments. However, you will also need to be on an oral antibiotic. You need to schedule an appointment with your doctor ASAP. Hope this helps.

Depends: If it is a local problem and breast not becoming red / tender / hot, then remove piercing, wash with soap and water and apply antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin) a couple times daily for 2-3 days. May need a small gauze pad over nipple to keep antibiotic in vicinity and off your clothes. If not improving in couple days, see your Dr.

See a dermatologist.: May be infection. May be allergy to metal or to antibiotic. Among the most common causes of this is allergy to bacitracin, neomycin, or triple antibiotic. Remove the hardware, wash, leave open. Avoid peroxide, avoid antibiotics.
