Don't do it: If you have wax stuck on your eardrum don't use a syringe. You first have to soften the wax with the use of over-the-counter wax softening agents. Then syringing might be helpful. In general i discourage my patients from doing anything to their ears as invariably they make things worse. My preference would be for you to see an ENT doctor to have him or her take care of it.
