Fertility RX: If you had taken an hCG trigger shot as part of ovulation treatment that can make the test turn positive for up to 12 days. We advise fertility patient to wait until 14 days post O to be certain the result is reliable. If you were not getting treatment, it's a likely sign of implantation and a biochemical pregnancy.
