I have been having lighter than normal periods but have not missed one, taken 4 negative hpts at 9 weeks. on the pill but can miss, not pregnant right?

Likely: If you did not have sex since your last period and hpt was negative, you are not pregnant. It is not clear what you mean by 9 weeks, if it is that you did the test 9 weeks after sex and it was negative, your are not pregnant. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
