When you feel ok: When you feel comfortable, and assuring you have seen your Dr. and had a pelvic examination, then you can start to have sex when you feel comfortable to. Best wishes.

Resuming sex: We generally advise patients to follow weekly hCG levels to be sure the miscarriage has resolved. And, to avoid intercourse until bleeding from the miscarriage resolves.
