What symptoms: if you were having chest pain and had normal results you probably at your age have no cardiac issue You still could have heart burn, gastritis, reflux, gallbladder issues etc. which could be causing pain If you have continued pain go and be seen again for another evaluation

Depends: On what you mean by OK. It sounds like you had a recent evaluation for chest pain. Your evaluation essentially rules out a blood clot(in the lungs). It suggests no concerning damage to the heart and no obvious lung pathology. Thats good to hear, but there are many other reasons for chest pain like gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal causes to name a few classes.
