Been ed today 4 chest pain and breathless.ecg ok .d dimer xray clear and blood tests clear.they dont no what's wrong?? any answer of what it could be?

Possibilities...: At your age it can be common to suffer of rib cage pain which can mimic a heart issue.It is completely benign and responds to anti-inflammatory medication. On the other hand anxiety attacks can also present with chest pain symptoms.Respiratory issues like asthma may also resent this way.
