Possibilities...: At your age it can be common to suffer of rib cage pain which can mimic a heart issue.It is completely benign and responds to anti-inflammatory medication. On the other hand anxiety attacks can also present with chest pain symptoms.Respiratory issues like asthma may also resent this way. It all depends on what other symptoms you are having.Follow up with your doctor on this for diagnosis & tx.
