See answer: Aerobic exercise (aka cardiovascular exercise) is various sustained exercise (jogging, rowing, swimming, cycling, etc) that stimulates and strengthens the heart and lungs, thereby improving the body's endurance and utilization of oxygen. Resistance exercise is designed to increase the body's strength, power, and muscular endurance (free weights, weight machines, body weight, elastic bands, etc).

Aerobic exercise: is about increasing your heart rate. Breathing and sweating increase also. Resistance exercise may use large rubber band like tools to help you stretch arms or legs. Please have a professional guide you w/this so you don't hurt yourself. Peace and good health.
