A member asked:

I have a something in my uterus about 6.4cm doctor said it could be adenomysis or endometriosis.can this cause discharge before menstruation?no smell

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Uterine defect: A hallmark of endometriosis or adenomyosis (endometriosis of the uterus) is bleeding prior to true menses. The best way to diagnosis this condition is an MRI. If you have this condition and don't wish to conceive at the present I suggest treating with medication such an Lupron (leuprolide).
