Yes: If you are worried about doing to much worrying then the conclusion would be you are worrying too much. Some worry is productive like carrying an umbrella when it looks like rain but constant worry keeps us from being as happy and productive as we could be without the overwhelming anxiety. Don't keep troubles inside-talk to someone and leave the umbrella at home when the sun is out.

Apparently: By asking the question i infer that it is. Meditate. Deep breathe. Look at what you are worried about. Read joyce meyer book: be anxious for nothing. Talk to a trusted friend. Worry is like spinning your wheels...It is anxiety over something that has not happened yet. Stick to "what is" not i"what if". Quit watching the news...It is all bad....
