A member asked:

I have had nystagmus for at least 10 years. i only recently noticed it myself. is this something i need to worry about if it doesn't effect my life?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nystagmus: Is a chronic rhythmic movement of the eyes. Most commonly, the movement is horizontal and fine. If you've already had a complete evaluation to determine the cause of the nystagmus and if it is not changing, then you don't need to worry about having it.
