Normal: usually it is normal to swell up next day but what you have to watch fore if there is any infection build up being on antibiotic does not exclude infection completely if you wound is become infected the doctor might have to take the suture out and drain the infection again so far everything is normal sign of infection in increased redness ,increased pain and sign of drainage good luck
