Unlikely: Cancer in the colorectal area will eventually lead to blood loss, this will result in your hemoglobin dropping

If bleeding stops: Need more information. Colo-rectal cancer leads to anemia through blood loss. If treated, blood loss resolves hemoglobin will return to normal
