Shouldn't need to: Although technically, you can take a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug like Arthrotec and Tylenol (acetaminophen) at the same time as they have no significant interactions, it should not be necessary. The Arthrotec you take for your back pain should also reduce your fever. The fewer medicines you take to accomplish your goal, the better off your detoxification systems (liver & kidneys) will be.
